This means reconnecting human progress with the functions of nature, place and community. To HYPHA, regeneration is shifting from an industrial civilisation to an ecological civilisation. Based on the Isle of Jersey, we are committed to facilitating this transition towards a more sustainable, resilient and prosperous economy.
We work with policy makers, designers, community projects, art directors, investors, entrepreneurs and organisations seeking to innovate their sustainability practices. HYPHA supports brave leaders and decision makers to build impact using systems thinking, while focusing on intricate details that are unique to place. We create the conditions for in-depth knowledge sharing so strategies can be designed for an unpredictable future. Our approach is based on tested models, research, and internally developed frameworks. We work in an interconnected way, integrating our knowledge and experience through a global network of regenerative practitioners.
If your organisation is to function as part of a larger ecosystem, you have to understand the ecosystem. We conduct comprehensive market and landscape analysis to help your organisation maintain a role that allows the whole environment to prosper.
Tailored workshops and facilitation based on bespoke frameworks and regenerative design. By bridging the gap between understanding and implementation, we bring your team on a journey to transition towards a new paradigm.
We work with highly creative and experienced event designers who understand the power of storytelling and design to cultivate new and more inclusive ideas.
Moving away from targets, we scan for indirect impacts to align all work areas with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We help your organisation embed multiple sustainability factors into your processes. HYPHA produces reports so clients can find unexpected opportunities to tackle today's most pressing issues.
As experienced project leaders and entrepreneurs, we understand how to develop and implement circular systems, technological and policy design innovation, biotech and social health, cultural arts and science events, and holistic food system designs. Rather than focusing exclusively on scale, we strive to balance efficiency, resilience and purpose within the community.
We help you identify systemic and structural barriers and unlock potential opportunities within specific contexts. Well-designed regenerative strategies are collaborative and often at odds with market signals, because they truly reflect what your business and community needs. Based on experience working across diverse sectors, we align multistakeholders and create localised, resilient strategies that maximise positive impacts on whole communities and organisations.
HYPHA publications follow the rules of regenerative design, a process-oriented whole systems approach. We take global issues and make them relevant and useful to a unique local context. We research and aggregate the best in practice and opportunities for change that can be activated by local stakeholders.
EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED. HUMANS ARE PART OF NATURE. WE NEED TO OPERATE AS PART OF A LARGER ECOSYSTEM
SMALL SCALE IMPACTS THE LARGE. What we practice at the small scale sets the pattern for the whole system
OLD THINKING
Problem solving in a linear and siloed way to reduce negative impact and reach sustainability targets
NEW THINKING
Accepting that everything is connected, working with complexity, and implementing systems interventions to leverage points for maximum impact
EMPOWERING THE Willingness to embrace diverse perspectives and new ways of thinking
I have been privileged to mentor India during her journey with SCOOP. I have also witnessed her unique capacity to understand food and political systems dynamics beyond systems change, during several learning journeys that Really Regenerative hosts where she led several different teams from Jersey. She has the ability to identify the critical acupuncture points that are most likely to evolve those systems towards regenerative impact.

A community actor who engages and aligns with local needs, Taylor is both deeply committed to the regenerative agenda and an exceptional presenter and facilitator of corporate workshops. It is quite rare to see a combination of these skills! As a core team member of NELIS (Next Leaders' Initiative for Sustainability), I have had the pleasure to work with and mentor her for the past few years.
